THIS SATURDAY, join us at the Eclectic!  We will be hosting a bike valet right off the train station in front of the South Pasadena Historical Museum (the green star in the below map)

Experience this family-friendly, music-filled day without worrying about your bike.  We will keep your bike safe right in the heart of the music so you can come have a blast without worry at this amazing annual event.

PREVIOUS EVENTS

Join us on March 16th as we host a family bike ride, picnic and day of learning in our community.

In conjunction with South Pasadena Beautiful and The South Pasadena Nature Park, South Pas Active will lead a bike ride from Garfield Park to the Nature Park, where Friends of the Nature Park and South Pasadena Beautiful will provide education on native species and give children the opportunity to help plant in the park or take one home!

After a leisurely ride back to Garfield Park, join us in free snacks and drinks at the Gazebos. The Hive will also be on hand hosting a "make + take" nature-themed craft table.

Afterward, stay and mingle with other parents as the children take over the playground.

The 12/10/23 Mission District Walking Tour will have a second round this April.  Stay tuned for date...

ArroyoFest 2023 was a blast!  South Pas Active had a booth set up on Mission with a bike rodeo for kids to test their skills.  50,000+ of you rode the 110 freeway.  Join us in advocating for more of these events!

Slow Street to Cycle Track

Join us Saturday, September 9, 2023, as ride to celebrate South Pasadena's Slow Street and Pasadena's Union St. Cycle track. We'll gather at 8:15 at Mission and Grand (northeast corner), start the ride at 8:30, and enjoy the bike lanes and other features on Grand as we ride to the opening ceremony for Pasadena’s Union Street cycle track. We’ll arrive by 9:30 to see the official opening, ride to a local coffee shop, and return around 10:30 (you’re welcome to ride or take the A line back at any time). You can RSVP at info@southpasactive.org or just show up!

The cycle track has been advocated for by our friends at the Pasadena Complete Street Coalition for years. Let’s get some inspiration and see how great infrastructure can make our city a more enjoyable place to live. Join us!
