Slow Street to Cycle Track

Join us Saturday, September 9, 2023, as ride to celebrate South Pasadena's Slow Street and Pasadena's Union St. Cycle track. We'll gather at 8:15 at Mission and Grand (northeast corner), start the ride at 8:30, and enjoy the bike lanes and other features on Grand as we ride to the opening ceremony for Pasadena’s Union Street cycle track. We’ll arrive by 9:30 to see the official opening, ride to a local coffee shop, and return around 10:30 (you’re welcome to ride or take the A line back at any time). You can RSVP at info@southpasactive.org or just show up!

The cycle track has been advocated for by our friends at the Pasadena Complete Street Coalition for years. Let’s get some inspiration and see how great infrastructure can make our city a more enjoyable place to live. Join us!
